London’s ‘ultimate destination’ for shopping welcomes five new retailers
The Pollen Estate is delighted to welcome five new occupiers on Savile Row, Clifford Street and Cork Street; Pineider, Fedro Gaudenzi, Perfumer H, HAX and Daniel Hanson.
With the introduction of new bespoke and made-to-order tailoring houses, Savile Row and its surrounding streets are also expanding their offering to contemporary perfumery and handcrafted stationery, making the ‘iconic’ Mayfair area the “ultimate destination for exquisite craftsmanship and one-of-a-kind experiences”.
Jenny Casebourne, Head of Portfolio at The Pollen Estate, commented: “We are delighted to welcome our new retailers to the estate. Each of the brands are a perfect representation of the essence of Savile Row and what the nearby streets stand for: skill, quality, craftsmanship and excellence.”
Italian leather goods and stationary brand, Pineider has opened its doors at 3 Clifford Street. Founded in 1774 in Florence, Italy, the Mayfair store is the first flagship to open in the UK, introducing their luggage and smaller leather goods as well as notebooks and pens to the British audience.
Bespoke tailor Fedro Gaudenzi has opened its atelier at 34 Cork Street. Established in London in 2016, Fedro blends Italian and British craftsmanship with ‘innovative designs’. With over 12,000 materials to choose from, Fedro’s team, enriched with Savile Row experience, crafts each garment into a “unique masterpiece”, be it a suit or wedding gown.
British perfume maker, Lyn Harris, is proud to introduce its new flagship London store, Perfumer H, at 15A Clifford Street. In keeping with the street’s 18th century heritage, the store has been designed to evoke Georgian London.
Offering fragrances, hand blown creations by Michael Ruh, candles, incense, potpourri, and pantry products, all scents are based on their five icon scents: bergamot, smoke, leather, ink and rain cloud.
Hattie Glendenning founded HAX in 2023 having struggled with the quality and fit of ready-to-wear clothing. Utilising Yorkshire-made fabrics where possible, HAX operates “outside the boundaries of traditional tailoring”. HAX made-to-order tailoring for men and women is available by appointment only at 15 Clifford Street.
Daniel Hanson specialises in bespoke dressing gowns and loungewear. Offering a limited selection of ready-to-wear, the products are designed and manufactured in Nottingham from finest materials, and can be purchased, along with pyjamas, silk and cashmere scarves and sleep masks, on 36 Savile Row.
