B2W Group steps up growth with BePro
THE B2W Group, one of the UK’s leading pre-employment and apprenticeship training providers backed by Palatine’s Impact Fund, has broadened its service offering with the acquisition of a specialist HR apprenticeship training provider.
In B2W’s second strategic acquisition since investment, the company has bought BePro Development, a provider of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) courses and HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development and Coaching apprenticeships.
BePro operates nationwide and works across a wide range of sectors including retail, hospitality & food, manufacturing, logistics and government. It counts Amazon, Ocado, Yo Sushi, IHG Hotels, DHL, HM Treasury, and the Home Office among its blue-chip customers.
With a head office in Stokesley, Teesside, the company, founded in 2014 employs around 30 people. It has delivered CIPD courses to more than 500 commercial learners, and apprenticeship programmes to over 1,500 HR and L&D specialists. It was founded by experienced HR trainers Val Swales and her daughter Georgina Selmi, who will be remaining with the business post-acquisition.
The B2W Group is a leading UK training provider which Palatine is supporting with growth through acquisitions. The group is focused on acquiring niche sector specialist focused training businesses with strong brands in their respective markets.
