Bradford woman recognised for excellent customer service
Rebecca Wildman, Senior Sales Executive at Bristol Street Motors Bradford Nissan, has been acknowledged for her exceptional commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and her significant contributions to the dealership’s success. She has been honoured by Nissan as one of the three Dealer Ambassadors of the Quarter for Q2-2023. Rebecca’s nomination comes on the heels of a remarkably productive quarter. She has impressively delivered more than 40 Retail and Motability cars from July to September and has taken an additional 25 undelivered orders within the same timeframe. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is unparalleled, consistently achieving top scores and receiving glowing feedback from customers. Her organisational skills are second to none, ensuring seamless interactions with clients and enhancing their experience through special touches like the ‘reveal’ ceremony with the red car cover in the showroom. Rebecca’s commitment extends beyond her direct responsibilities. Travelling 70 miles daily from Settle to Bradford and always arriving an hour early exemplifies her dedication. Her supportive nature towards colleagues has not gone unnoticed, leading to her recent win of the ‘Employee of the Year 2022-2023’, a Vertu accolade nominated by her peers. Additionally, during a challenging period without a sales manager, Rebecca proactively learned to use Nissan’s systems to support the team, demonstrating her invaluable role in the dealership’s continuous improvement. The selection of the Q2 winners was a rigorous process, conducted by Nissan’s Sales Director, Aftersales Director, and Network Development and Customer Quality Director. Rebecca’s achievement is a testament to her professionalism, work ethic, and the high standards she upholds. James Sibson, CMA General Manager of Bristol Street Motors Bradford Nissan, comments, “Rebecca’s unwavering dedication and exemplary service truly set her apart. She is an absolute credit to herself and an integral part of our team.” Rebecca Wildman expressed her gratitude saying, “I am deeply honoured by this recognition. It is a privilege to serve our customers and work alongside such a supportive team. This award motivates me to continue striving for excellence in all that I do.”
