“AI is the new frontier of sustainable property management, with the potential to create significant cost and carbon savings for the most sophisticated landlords in the sector. Alex’s appointment will help Smart Spaces to fully embrace this potential, giving clients access to pioneering new products and optimising our existing full-service offering.”
Alex Michaels, Head of AI at Smart Spaces, added: “The data-rich property sector is well-positioned to capitalise on the revolutionary potential of AI.
“Smart Spaces has long held a position as a leader in the PropTech space, giving us unique access to complete building datasets that we can leverage for new paradigms in energy efficiency, tenant experience, and asset cost reduction.
“I am excited to work alongside Dan and the team to cement this position, strengthening our product by exploring the opportunities presented by the advent of ever-more sophisticated AI technologies.”
