Luxury watchmaker selects The Knightsbridge Estate for new London boutique
Breitling has signed to open a new boutique on The Knightsbridge Estate this spring, reinforcing its position as “one of London’s leading retail destinations”.
The unit on Brompton Road will be a prominent London store for the brand, whose headquarters are at the Breitling Townhouse on Regent’s Street. The opening will bring the brand’s total number of stores in the capital to eight.
The heritage Swiss watchmaker joins rank with major international brands such as Apple, Burberry and UGG in opting for The Knightsbridge Estate as the location for their next prime retail unit in the capital.
Sarah Waller, Asset Manager for The Knightsbridge Estate, commented: “We are excited to be welcoming Breitling to The Knightsbridge Estate.
“With a forward-thinking approach and an illustrious heritage that matches The Knightsbridge Estate’s own, the new boutique will strengthen the existing community of F&B providers and retail on The Knightsbridge Estate.”
Breitling’s new showroom will take over a two-storey 106.3 sq m unit on The Knightsbridge Estate, which will offer the brand’s full collections and is set to open this spring.
Gavin Murphy, Breitling’s Managing Director, added: “the new boutique will allow Breitling to enhance its reach in one of London’s most influential shopping destinations.
“Knightsbridge is known for offering both luxury and style and we are delighted to showcase what our brand represents to both the residential and international clientele that make up this thriving part of the Capital.”
The Knightsbridge Estate was represented by agents Colliers and Cushman & Wakefield and Breitling by ROW.
