Silicon Yorkshire host first drinks event of 2024 in Leeds
Silicon Yorkshire, the award-winning tech, digital and IT community, has announced the date for its first drinks evening of 2024, which will take place on Thursday 29th February at Manahatta on Greek Street in Leeds from 5pm until late.
With more than 3,000 registered members within the network, the event is expected to attract more than 200 businessmen and women that want to come together to meet in person and build strong connections with each other.
Having facilitated thousands of introductions throughout 2023, the team at Silicon Yorkshire are hoping that 2024 will be even bigger and better, with ambitions to become the strongest and most active tech community in the UK.
Managing Director at Silicon Yorkshire, Gareth Huxall, comments: “Last year we delivered an annual events calendar that included an expo, golf day, business lunches and drinks evenings. This year we want to take the same approach and build on the positive impact that we generated. As well as attracting new members to the group, we want to make sure that we facilitate the introductions that matter most to those that are active within the community. For those that have never attended a Silicon Yorkshire event, we encourage you to come along and to get involved.
“With so many people talking about wanting to take the time to get out and to meet with new contacts, we have the perfect model to make that happen. Simply register your interest for free and come along. It really is that simple.”
Sponsorship packages are also available for businesses that would like to build a closer association with the group and that want to benefit from the network it is cultivating.
Attracting 3,000 pre-registrations before launch, Silicon Yorkshire brings together leading executives from the tech sector, along with innovative start-up and scale-up digital businesses, based throughout Yorkshire and beyond.
