Design Arc UK announces acquisition and launches 2 new brands
Design Arc UK, a pioneer in global supply chain solutions announces the acquisition of womenswear fashion and lifestyle brand, Lily and Lionel. The strategic expansion will be launched alongside the launch of Raffya and Jagged & Beau, two curated new womenswear brands, designed exclusively in-house.
The news will solidify Design Arc’s mission in reshaping fashion through innovation and sustainability and creating a new concept of The House of Brands. As a flagship entity under the umbrella of global fashion infrastructure company, PDS Limited, Design Arc Brands is set to unveil its first ever wholesale collection with Lily and Lionel, Raffya and Jagged & Beau at Pure London X JATC Stand E25, the UK's leading trade fashion buying event.
The milestone event will serve as the debut platform for all three brands which will see curated collections of exclusive, high-quality designs with global appeal. Hailing from the heart of London, Lily and Lionel is a ready-to-wear, British print house which celebrates elegance and self-expression. Established in 2008, the brand has garnered a devoted, cult following with its unique blend of vintage charm and contemporary style.
