Tasty deal for NG brings new American diner to Mapperley
A new American Diner is set to be served up in the Nottingham suburb of Mapperley, following a property deal secured by NG Chartered Surveyors, the property people.
Nissi's American Diner will open at 21B Plains Road in the increasingly-popular Mapperley area under the stewardship of Beckie Lawson & Kerrie Ronayne.
Kerrie explained: "We made the decision to open Nissi's American Diner in this location as it's close to home, an area we know and love and the building screams a diner style of restaurant.
"We'll be opening in March serving US breakfasts, steaks, hotdogs and burgers. We can't wait to get started - Mapperley is a really up-and-coming area and we're looking forward to meeting our new customers."
Alica Lewis of NG Chartered Surveyors acted for a private landlord on the deal.
She said: "NG has a fast growing reputation for high street retail and hospitality deals, and so it's incredibly satisfying to bring Nissi's American Diner to Mapperley.
"The area is booming as more and more people shop and stay local - something which proactive landlords we at NG are talking to are realising.
"I'd like to wish Kerrie and her team all the best with their new venture - and I can't wait to pop in and sample the food on offer!"
Kerrie added: "I'd like to thank the NG team for helping us secure the new premises on Plains Road. Alicia was great to work with, helpful and keen to get the deal done as quickly as we were."
