‘One of London’s fastest growing’ law firms expands with new Real Estate Partner

Marriott Harrison, the London based law firm operating in dynamic markets, has announced the appointment of its new Real Estate Partner, Andrew Timoney. Timoney joins Marriott Harrison to bolster the firm’s offerings across all areas of transactional Real Estate.

Timoney joins the firm after almost six years at Mills and Reeve. As an experienced transactional Real Estate specialist, Timoney acts for investors, landlords, tenants, promoters and lenders across all property transactions. 

He has previously acted on large deals involving pension funds, family offices, hotel developers, and High Net Worth Individuals. A commercially focused leasing expert, he has also dealt with acquisitions of multi-let investment properties and development sites, seeing the ownership cycle through lettings, management and disposal.
