The Collective Inc expands its dining offering to meet demand
Restaurant, design and retail space, The Collective Inc on Boar Lane has embarked on new territories following a wave of success since its inception in 2021.
Following the successful launch of Craig Rogan at The Collective just four months ago, an 8-course, fine dining evening experience, the venue is now open for lunchtime diners due to popularity and demand.
Craig Rogan at The Collective has been listed in the Michelin Guide 2024 and shortlisted in the Yorkshire Evening Post Oliver Awards for ‘Best Newcomer’, ‘Best Fine Dining’ and ‘Chef of the Year’. It has also become a popular destination for corporate events and networking.
In addition to the restaurant which sits within The Collective Inc, the venue is home to some of the most prestigious retail brands, including contemporary art pieces by Gone Rogue and Soho House stockist.
Award-winning interior designer and co-founder of The Collective inc, Ellen Pryce said, “We launched the venue with ambitions for it to be a collective of unique and inspiring space, where retail and design meets restaurant and experience.
“There are many similarities between retail, interiors and food which is why we believe in the concept so much and are delighted that we have formed a loyal and expanding customer base.
“Welcoming Craig to the team has created a real buzz and we look forward to welcoming lunchtime diners across the city.”
Chef Director, Craig Rogan added, “I’ve loved creating the lunch menu, which for me really encapsulates the ethos of relaxed dining that can be enjoyed alone, or with company
“We want diners to enjoy small plates of really tasty food that have been made with locally sourced ingredients that really pack a punch of flavour creating a memorable experience.”
Alongside the retail and restaurant offering at the venue, The Collective Inc also provides interior design services to businesses across the UK. The team worked with Leeds University to supply the furniture for the newly designed terrace. They have also worked on some major hotel projects, providing interior design advice and sourcing and suppling furniture.
Craig Rogan at The Collective will officially open for lunch on Wednesday 6th March and guests can enjoy a selection of small plates made with locally sourced ingredients on Wednesday – Saturday from 12pm – 2.30pm.
