Warrington-based urban logistics developer Chancerygate appoints project manager to support growth in North West

Urban logistics property developer and asset manager Chancerygate has appointed an experienced project manager at its Warrington office to support its ongoing growth across the North West.

Ian Quinn joins Chancerygate from the Manchester office of global commercial real estate company Colliers, where he was an associate director in the project and building consultancy team. Prior to that Ian worked at C4 Projects in Warrington.

A specialist in project management and delivery as well as technical due diligence, Ian will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of development projects across the region.

Chancerygate currently has seven live schemes across the North West, ranging from Broadway Central in Oldham to Norse Trade Park in Congleton. The Warrington office also recently submitted plans for a £15m, 60,000 sq ft urban logistics development called Eastside in Clayton, East Manchester.

Commenting on his new role, Ian said: “Chancerygate has burgeoned a reputation both nationally and in the North West for excellent project delivery, high levels of client service and looking after its people.

“I’m looking forward to working with the team in Warrington and contributing to the ongoing growth and successes the office has achieved.”

Founded in 1995, Chancerygate is the UK’s largest multi-unit industrial developer and asset manager and the only one operating nationwide.

Welcoming Ian to the company, development director and head of Chancerygate’s Warrington office, Mike Walker, said: “Ian brings a wealth of project management experience to the role, in particular operating within the local region. He is an excellent addition to the team in our Warrington office.

“To support our continued growth across the North West, we need people who are personable, driven and highly capable. Ian brings these qualities in an abundance and I look forward to working with him to provide much-needed industrial and urban logistics accommodation across the region.”
