MKM delivers jobs with new Rotherham depot
A builders' merchant has created jobs with a branch opening.
MKM Building Supplies has cut the ribbon on a Rotherham depot.
The base - MKM's 130th nationally - has created 18 posts.
It is led by directors Ryan Brooks and Jack Griffiths, who bring more than 35 years' combined experience to their roles.
Ryan said: "The opportunity to lead MKM Rotherham, and create jobs in my hometown, feels incredible.
"We want Rotherham to feel the benefit at home.
"We're not just here to provide building materials, we're here to be part of the community."
Jack, who has spent his entire career in Rotherham's building merchant sector, added: "This branch is about creating something from the ground up that genuinely serves the people of the town.
"Our team is made up of local people that understand the needs of local customers, and we're committed to delivering a personal, community-focused service."
