Simply Conveyancing makes Leeds expansion
A residential conveyancing services firm is creating jobs in an office expansion.
Simply Conveyancing has opened a base in Leeds.
Bosses say the Park Place site will act as “a key part of future plans for its national client base”.
The office will be led by legal director Sally Hesling, who has joined Simply Conveyancing from My Home Move and has more than 25 years’ sector experience with firms including Optima Legal and Fox Hayes LLP.
Alan Young, Simply Conveyancing chief executive, said its Leeds office – which adds to existing bases in Cardiff, Peterborough and Daventry – will add a fresh dynamic to the business’ output.
He said: “Leeds is one of the fastest-growing cities in the UK, with a thriving legal and professional services sector.
“This makes it an ideal location to support our expanding client base in the region.
“We are continuing to invest heavily in our people, places and technology, with a focus on raising standards, modernising and evolving what has typically been an archaic, slow-to-change industry.”
Backed by private equity investor Livingbridge, Simply Conveyancing employs around 300 staff across England and Wales.
