Debt recovery solicitor joins growing Muckle LLP team

Leading regional law firm for businesses Muckle LLP has appointed Amy Carlton to its growing debt recovery team, which is expanding its offering to several new sectors.

Amy, who graduated from Northumbria University, is returning to the North East after working for another legal company in Manchester. She advises predominately on defended debt recovery litigation as well as liaising with clients, debtors and third parties to recover debts.

In joining Muckle, Amy has also been reunited with Colin Churchward, partner in the dispute resolution team, after the two had having previously worked together.

Amy said: “I really wanted to come back to the North East, and I’ve definitely made the right decision to join Muckle. I’m delighted to work with Colin once again.
