Logic-i 'boosts talent access' with new venture
A project consultancy has launched a recruitment venture it says will give businesses “access to top-tier talent”.
Logic-i has founded Recruit-i.
Bosses say the endeavour will focus on white-collar recruitment across the engineering, industrial, power generation and construction sectors.
It will be led by director Martin Hickson, who brings 18 years’ experience across sectors including oil and gas, rail, chemical processing and engineering.
Michael Priestley, a director of Yarm-based Logic-i, said: “Martin has a proven track record in delivering top-tier recruitment services, making him the ideal leader.
“Recruit-i is a natural extension of our vision at Logic-i, which is growing its pipeline of work across the UK.
“Recruit-i will support Logic-i by ensuring clients have access to the best talent while also acting as a vital resource for other companies operating within these sectors, helping build the specialised workforces which are essential for success."
Martin added: “Our goal is to become a trusted partner for businesses, providing access to top-tier talent.
“By working closely with Logic-i, we can also create a seamless collaboration that ensures both firms are delivering exceptional results.”
