Nexus Leaders appoints peer group chair
East Midlands-based peer network Nexus Leaders has appointed Mel Archbould as chair of its Nexus 2 group, which supports MDs, CEOs, and business owners across various sectors.
Founded in 2016, Nexus Leaders offers a collaborative space for regional leaders, with Mel taking on chairing duties and providing monthly one-on-one coaching for group members.
A long-time Nexus member herself, Mel steps into the role as Tim Povall transitions to lead other Nexus groups.
Mel said: “I’m truly passionate about working with SME leaders to help them realise their vision when it comes to their professional and personal goals.
“The established Nexus 2 group consists of some truly inspirational leaders and I’m excited to dive deeper into their businesses as we begin our working relationship together.”
Managing director of Nexus Leaders, John Williams, added: “The role of chair is pivotal to the success of our groups and we’re delighted to have Mel join the Nexus family.
“Mel’s track record speaks for itself, having sold her business in 2022, she has since embarked on a successful coaching career.
“She has the exact combination of business experience, acumen and leadership development skills that we look for in this highly specialised role.”
