Monta Capital launches platform to ‘democratise’ real estate investment
A new digital platform is set to make prime London real estate more accessible to a wider range of investors.
Monta Capital has introduced a platform providing high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutions the opportunity to invest in exclusive real estate projects across London.
Founded in 2020 by CEO Thomas Balashev, Monta Capital partners with leading developers on prestigious projects, including Maida Vale and Vauxhall. To date, the company has successfully raised £15 million and developed projects worth over £30 million in value.
Thomas said: “London’s vibrant real estate market provides a fantastic opportunity for investors to engage with some of the city’s most dynamic developments.
“As a true believer in London being the centre of opportunities for smart capital, I understand that investors demand advanced technology and straightforward, user-friendly systems. Too often, investors are let down by providers using outdated methods, offering limited choices, and lacking data transparency.
“This platform not only offers a seamless user experience but also empowers investors with transparent data and valuable insights. We believe that democracy in investing is all about freedom of choice, and that’s exactly what we’ve delivered.”
The platform offers users real-time analytics for a 360-degree view of investment opportunities, with specialist advisors providing tailored advice and providing “a diverse array of options” so that investors make informed decisions and manage their capital effectively.
Thomas added: “We’re committed to continuous improvement and innovation, investing heavily in refining the user experience and expanding our offering.”
