Platform boosts workplace mental health support
A digital resource has been launched to ‘empower’ organisations in supporting employee wellbeing and mental health.
MindClass offers accredited training, counsellors and a wide range of wellbeing tools tailored for businesses focused on “supporting better minds at work”.
Phil Bridges, MindClass founder and chief executive, said: “Our expert team of counsellors, data scientists and mental health trainers are on a mission to support better minds at work.
“The MindClass platform offers a range of courses accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health, ensuring that organisations can provide their employees with high-quality, reliable training. Plus, on demand counsellors accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).”
The platform includes AI-powered productivity tools, videos, articles and HR insights that help leaders understand and improve workforce wellbeing through data-driven, evidence-based decisions.
Already adopted by clients such as the University of Liverpool, eBay, and Open Media, MindClass is set to make a positive impact on employee satisfaction and productivity across various sectors.
Phil, who is also founder of Liverpool-based mental health organisation, The Mind Map, added: “Prioritising mental health is no longer optional and is essential for a thriving workplace.
“With the launch of our new platform, we aim to make mental health support accessible to all employees, empowering them to take charge of their wellbeing.”
