Avison Young celebrates graduate successes

Global real estate advisor Avison Young has announced professional qualification successes for two graduates in its Newcastle office.

Adam Lawson is now a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, while Tom Wignall has qualified as a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Adam, who joined in 2022, focuses on office and industrial agency, contributing to key projects like Bank House and the Integra 61 scheme.

He said: “Passing the APC and achieving chartered surveyor status is a huge milestone in my professional journey.

“It is a privilege to be involved in the Newcastle office’s high-profile projects and I am excited to continue developing my career at Avison Young in the years to come.”

Tom, also with the firm since 2022, has supported major regeneration projects, including Pilgrim Street, working with partners like National Grid and Vastint Hospitality.

Tom said: “I’m delighted to achieve my APC qualification and look forward to progressing my professional development at Avison Young, while continuing to work with our diverse client base.

“I am delighted that my contribution to the business has been recognised with promotion to associate planner.”
