Avensure makes two director promotions
Manchester-based HR specialist Avensure has strengthened its leadership team with the promotion of Joy Gateley and Julie Davenport to its board of directors.
Joy Gateley steps into the role of director of service delivery, bringing over 30 years of experience in HR and employment law, including as an International HR Director. Julie Davenport, promoted to finance director, has worked extensively with owner-managed businesses across various sectors and has been with Avensure since 2012.
Avensure supports businesses of all sizes, including SMEs and larger organisations such as Vodafone, Papa Johns, and NHS 111. The company recently reported record growth, with a 30 per cent increase in revenue and an EBITDA exceeding £4 million.
The promotions come as Avensure continues to enhance its PeopleCloud software, streamlining HR processes for businesses nationwide.
Chris Garner, managing director of Avensure, said: “Julie and Joy have both been instrumental in the continued growth of Avensure over the last 13 years.
“Their strategic thinking, leadership and decision-making has been key in building a market-leading business so it’s fantastic to be able to welcome them to our board of directors.”
