Gentoo enhances leadership team with marketing and communications director
Sunderland-based housing association Gentoo has appointed Lisa Graveling as its new director of marketing and communications, bolstering its senior leadership team.
In her role, Lisa will oversee Gentoo’s brand, marketing and communications efforts, ensuring effective engagement with colleagues, customers and communities in line with the organisation’s corporate strategy.
Lisa brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and reputation management, spanning consumer and B2B sectors, as well as social housing through her time at Home Group. Her expertise includes media management, digital communications, social media strategy, sponsorship and brand development.
She said: “I am thrilled to join the team at Gentoo and work closely with my new colleagues to deliver communications that amplifies customer voices and builds partnerships with key stakeholders in and outside of our fantastic region.”
The appointment underscores Gentoo’s commitment to delivering impactful communications as it continues to support and serve its communities.
