EY appoints head of capital and debt advisory
Global professional services company EY has appointed Will Rix as partner and head of capital and debt advisory for the North of England, bolstering its corporate finance offering in the region.
With over a decade of experience in the northern market, including senior roles at HSBC, Will will focus on advising businesses on optimising capital structures and costs while collaborating with EY’s diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring teams to deliver comprehensive services.
He said: “I am delighted to have joined EY, and I am looking forward with both excitement and optimism to working with my new colleagues and delivering exceptional results for clients across the region.
“Having grown up in Lancashire, I am hugely passionate about the business community in the North of England, so to be able to take on a senior leadership role for EY in the region means a great deal to me.”
This appointment reflects EY’s ongoing investment in the North of England, enhancing its support for corporate and private equity clients across the region.
