The Bigger Boat expands team amid growth
Integrated marketing agency The Bigger Boat has welcomed three new team members and announced several senior leadership appointments as part of its continued growth.
The Mirfield-based agency has strengthened its design and digital marketing capabilities with the addition of Karla Robbeson as senior designer, Rodger Dumisani as midweight designer, and Max Singh as SEO manager.
The hires coincide with the integration of acquired PR agency Scriba into The Bigger Boat brand, establishing a dedicated PR department.
In leadership moves, Emma Heslop becomes commercial director, Alison Croston takes on the role of director of strategy and growth, and Carrie Webb is appointed head of communications.
Recognised by Great Place to Work UK, The Bigger Boat continues to enhance its services and nurture talent while delivering results-driven strategies for its clients.
Andy McCaul, managing director and co-founder said: “These latest hires and promotions demonstrate our ambition to deliver exceptional work for our clients while fostering a culture where talent can thrive.
“Karla, Rodger, and Max bring a lot of valuable experience to our growing team, and we’re delighted to welcome them aboard.”
