Gateley Legal strengthens Reading corporate team

Gateley Legal has bolstered its Reading office with the appointment of Mo Shabbir as senior associate in the corporate team.

Mo joins from Moorcrofts LLP, where he spent eight years advancing in the corporate law team. He brings significant expertise in areas such as private company mergers and acquisitions, SEIS/EIS investments, corporate restructuring and governance.
