Go Low savours Holland & Barrett deal
A Yorkshire-based company known for low-carb and keto-friendly baking is celebrating a major milestone with its nationwide rollout in Holland & Barrett stores.
Ilkley’s Go Low is making waves with its award-winning baking mixes that cater to a wide variety of dietary needs, including keto, paleo, gluten-free and vegan-friendly options.
The range, which includes Brownie Bites, Buttery Cookie Bites and Pancake & Waffle Mix, offer healthier twists on family favourites.
Louise Gross, founder of Go Low, said: “I first started a low-carb diet in 2012 to lose baby weight after having our three children close together.
“While I loved the health benefits – increased energy, better mood, clearer skin, and less brain fog – I really missed high-carb foods like biscuits, cakes, and bread.
“I began experimenting with low-carb recipes, creating healthy alternatives using wholesome ingredients.
“After lots of trial and error, I finally came up with recipes the whole family approved of – even my gluten-intolerant daughter.
“That’s how Go Low started, with a Kenwood mixer on my kitchen table.”
