Redrow delight as duo scoop industry awards
A housebuilder is celebrating success after two team members earned notable awards.
Redrow's Ben Goostrey and Ellie Foster have been recognised for their excellence in construction and customer service.
Ben, 31, secured his second consecutive ‘Seal of Excellence Award’ from the National Home Building Council, with his recognition coming just 18 months into his role as site manager.
He said: “This is another hugely proud moment in my career.
“It’s a real team effort to maintain the high standards we set on site and to keep that consistency through every stage of the build.
“I’m lucky to have such a great team around me.”
Meanwhile, Ellie, who has been with the homebuilder since 2019, has been named Redrow’s ‘Sales Consultant of the Year’ for her outstanding customer support.
She said: “I am so proud to have won this award and must admit I was a bit taken aback when I was told the good news.
“I joined the team having worked in the hospitality sector for a few years. A friend of mine knew someone who worked at Redrow, and she said what a prefect career choice it would be for me.
“She was right, I’ve loved every minute since. This award means a lot.”
Ben and Ellie are part of a Redrow team working on the Round Hill Gardens scheme, in Congleton, Cheshire, which will feature 454 homes.
Anna Evans-Kerr, sales director at Redrow NW, added: “We are very lucky to have a five-star award winning team here at Round Hill Gardens.
“Both Ben and Ellie play a vital role, and together they make an incredible team.
“Their commitment and loyalty, to each other and to customers, is really appreciated and valued.”
