Property tech firm launches 100-job drive

An online residential auctioneer is creating jobs to meet rising demand.

iamproperty is bolstering its Medway Law residential conveyancing arm.

Bosses want 20 conveyancing and business support staff, with a further 20-plus “auction specialist” roles set to be filled in the coming weeks.

The recruitment drive comes after iamproperty, based in Gosforth, Newcastle, revealed plans to add 100 people to its roster over an 18-month period.

Officials say the increase will help meet demand for the property tech sales firm’s services, which continues to increase ahead of April’s Stamp Duty Land Tax deadline.
