Cegedim Rx appoints managing director
Lancashire-based community pharmacy technology specialists Cegedim Rx have appointed Tracey Robertson as its new managing director in the UK, following seven years leading the company’s product development.
Bringing over 30 years of experience in digital innovation, Tracey previously served as product and technology director, playing a key role in shaping Cegedim Rx’s vision and strategy.
Her leadership has helped evolve the company’s product offering to meet the changing needs of community pharmacy.
Tracey said: “I’m passionate about looking for smarter ways technology can be adopted to solve the issues keeping frontline teams awake at night.
“Community pharmacy is the heartbeat of our communities and I’m incredibly proud of the work we do to support it.”
Cegedim Rx continues to drive NHS England initiatives, supporting community pharmacies in delivering clinical services.
The company is set to launch new functionality allowing patients to track prescription statuses digitally via the NHS App.
