CO2Sustain strengthens team with two key hires
CO2Sustain has hit the ground running in 2025 with two strategic appointments aimed at accelerating its global growth and innovation.
Simon Briggs joins as sales manager for Southeast Asia and Bangladesh, bringing extensive experience in international sales and commercial strategy.
With a strong track record in P&L management and distributor relationships, Simon will drive CO2Sustain’s market expansion in key growth regions. His focus will be on showcasing the benefits of CO2Sustain’s technology to carbonated soft-drink manufacturers, supporting sustainability and strengthening partnerships.
Simon said: “I’m excited about this opportunity and believe that CO2Sustain will become a must for every carbonated soft-drinks manufacturer in Southeast Asia.
“It’s one of those simple innovations that brings so many benefits to drinks manufacturers.”
Meanwhile, Chris Watts joins as product technologist, reinforcing CO2Sustain’s new product development (NPD) and technical expertise.
A biological sciences graduate with 12 years of industry experience, Chris will oversee laboratory functions and contribute to refining processes for greater efficiency. His expertise will play a key role in enhancing product innovation and aligning R&D efforts with commercial objectives.
Chris added: “I am excited to challenge myself and develop into my new role.
“New product development is a key part of CO2Sustains ambitious growth plans and an area that I really enjoy so I’m keen to get started!”
These appointments mark an exciting phase of growth for CO2Sustain as it continues to expand its global presence and develop pioneering solutions for the beverage industry.
