FJG promotes four as client demand grows
Colchester-headquartered Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP (FJG) has promoted four team members, reinforcing its commitment to talent development and client service.
Joe Sandercock and Billy Smith have been promoted to partner.
Joe, based in Billericay, has excelled in dispute resolution and employment law since joining in 2020. Billy, from the Chelmsford Dispute Resolution team, specialises in civil and commercial disputes, including property and construction matters.
In Colchester, Matthew Desborough and Joel Vika-Tyson have been elevated to associate solicitor.
Matthew focuses on commercial property, particularly in the property and care sectors, while Joel, a family law specialist, also provides pro bono support through the Anglia Ruskin Law Clinic.
Joel recently achieved Higher Rights of Audience, enabling him to represent clients in senior courts.
These promotions reflect FJG’s investment in its team amid increasing client demand.
Paula Fowler, chief executive of Fisher Jones Greenwood, said: “At FJG, we are committed to recognising, nurturing, and rewarding talent.
“These promotions reflect our ongoing investment in our people, who are the cornerstone of our success.
“We believe that the only limitations to an individual’s progress are those they place on themselves, and we strive to support our team members in overcoming those boundaries.”
