Jones Hargreaves expands team with five hires

Independent commercial building consultancy Jones Hargreaves has made five key hires following a 20 per cent rise in instructions across its six offices.

In London, building surveyor Anais Carson-Mee and senior building surveyor James Miles join from Cushman & Wakefield, bringing expertise in dilapidations, technical due diligence and multi-asset portfolio services.

In Cardiff, Katie Townley joins the ESG and sustainability team as a consultant, specialising in BREEAM assessments. Office administrator Joana Quintas also joins to support the growing team.

Stephen Todd has been appointed principal engineer in Bristol, bringing extensive experience in mechanical, electrical and building services.

With offices in Manchester, Leeds, London, Bristol, Glasgow and Cardiff, Jones Hargreaves continues to expand its capabilities in project management, MEP, sustainability and ESG consultancy.
