Schofield Sweeney bolsters employment team

Schofield Sweeney has appointed Andy Gilchrist as a partner in its employment team. 

Andy, an award-winning employment lawyer, joins from Lupton Fawcett, where he was Head of Employment.

With over 20 years’ experience, Andy has advised on high-profile cases, including workforce restructuring for household brands and executive departures for international businesses. 

He specialises in dismissals, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancies, and exit management, acting for both employers and employees.
