Lighthaus hits new heights in Liverpool Waters
A landmark residential development in Liverpool has reached a major milestone.
Starlight Investments has celebrated the topping out of Lighthaus, its flagship 31-storey build-to-rent tower at Princes Dock, part of the Liverpool Waters regeneration project.
Jonnie Milich, head of UK residential at Starlight Investments, said: “We are excited to celebrate this major construction milestone for our Lighthaus project.
“This development is deeply aligned with our broader vision to make a positive impact in the city of Liverpool by creating an exceptional residential community that will appeal to a wide group of residents.
“We would like to thank our entire team and partners for their unwavering commitment.”
Upon completion, the development will offer 278 high-end apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes, alongside premium facilities such as a sky lounge, gym, co-working spaces and concierge services.
Lighthaus is one of nine UK projects for Starlight, which has expanded its portfolio to over 3,600 rental units following acquisitions in Manchester, Leeds and beyond.
Lighthaus has been developed in partnership with X1 and main contractors Vermont.
Nick Sweeney, chief executive of X1, added: “We are thrilled to celebrate this significant milestone in the Lighthaus residential tower's construction.
“Working alongside Starlight has been integral to this success, and we are immensely proud of delivering a scheme that enhances both the vibrancy and aesthetic quality of the waterfront of our great city.”
