CPP appoints director for North West growth
Real estate advisory firm CPP has appointed Nathan Khanverdi as industrial & logistics director to lead its North West expansion and establish a new Manchester office.
Nathan joins from Colliers, where he built a strong track record in industrial and logistics development, acquisitions, and leasing.
His portfolio includes major deals with Firethorn, Tungsten, ChanceryGate and Tristan Capital, including securing a 432,000sq ft acquisition for Firethorn in Warrington.
Nathan said: “Joining CPP at such a pivotal moment is an incredible opportunity to make a real impact.
“With CPP’s ambitious vision and respected reputation, I’m confident we can drive meaningful growth across the North West.
“I’m eager to bring my problem-solving mindset, regional expertise, and passion for delivering impactful results to the team.
“Working closely with Steve, Toby and the wider team, aiming to strengthen CPP’s presence in the region and help solidify its position as a market leader nationally.”
CPP, founded in 2013, specialises in leasing, development, capital markets and property management.
With offices in Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham and London, the new Manchester base will play a key role in the firm’s continued UK growth.
Toby Vernon, director and co-founder of CPP, added: “With our recent acquisition of Moriarty & Co., launching the business into the North West and strengthening our industrial and logistics platform across Yorkshire and the Midlands, Nathan’s appointment marks the next step in our expansion plans.
“A high-profile operator in the North West, Nathan’s expertise and energy will be key to building the business in this region and strengthening CPP’s operations nationally.”
