Sway PR expands with new hire
Manchester-based PR agency Sway PR has strengthened its team with the appointment of Chloe Groom as account manager.
Chloe originally joined Sway in 2022 before taking a year out to travel in Australia and New Zealand.
She now returns to the agency’s B2B team, working alongside Guy Robb, head of business.
Chloe said: “It’s a really exciting time to rejoin Sway PR, as we take on new clients and continue to grow.
“I began my PR career in a tech-heavy, B2B role so it’s exciting to go back to my roots and get stuck into those clients who are pushing boundaries in the business world.”
Her appointment comes as Sway continues its growth trajectory, reporting a 40 per cent increase in turnover by the end of 2024.
The agency plans to expand further, aiming to add two more consultants by the end of 2025.
With offices in Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds and Scotland, Sway PR recently restructured into consumer and B2B divisions to meet growing client demand.
Recent B2B client wins include DMAC Media, CFL, Capture 1 and Resilience, a UK Government-funded skills centre for medicines manufacturing.
Mark Hayward, managing director of Sway PR, added: “As an agency, one of our specialties is in the travel space, so for Chloe to take that time out and really practice what we preach is a great thing.
“We’re thrilled to welcome her back to the B2B team at Sway, bringing us up to five team members and continuing our expansion as a business.”
