Lovell appoints partnerships director to drive growth
Housing and regeneration specialist Lovell has appointed Mark Roe as partnerships director for the East Midlands, strengthening its commitment to affordable housing and social value in the region.
Mark brings extensive experience from senior roles in housing associations and the charitable sector, including leading community-focused initiatives and social enterprises.
Most recently, he was head of delivery at emh group, where he worked closely with Lovell on key projects such as Henson Park and Standard Hill.
Mark said: “Over the past four years, Lovell has shown real commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable homes and creating thriving communities – something that deeply resonates with my own values.
“Having seen the success of partnerships firsthand, it felt like a once-in-a-career opportunity to work for such a purposeful organisation.
“I am excited to be joining and help build upon the strong foundations laid by the East Midlands team over the past couple of years.
“I want to continue facilitating that growth journey working with the senior team to enhance connections with registered providers, local authorities, regeneration partners and other key stakeholders.
“I am looking forward to building relationships and ensuring that the initial vision of our partners is realised on projects and that I can enhance a strong track record in development partnerships.”
Mark’s appointment comes as Lovell continues its expansion across the East Midlands, delivering vital housing developments and building strong partnerships to support local communities.
Beth Bundonis, regional managing director at Lovell, added: “Mark brings a wealth of experience and a passion for creating positive social impact to this role.
“His leadership and expertise will be invaluable as we continue to grow our presence in the East Midlands and deliver high-quality, sustainable homes that meet the needs of local communities.
“Meeting like-minded people in this industry is what our partnerships are all about.
“Beyond his professional endeavours, Mark showcases a strong social conscience and is driven to create positive social change – something we are proud to welcome into our team.”
