Naismiths bolsters London team with new hire
National real estate consultancy Naismiths has expanded its project monitoring team in London with the appointment of Rebecca Cronk as senior surveyor.
Rebecca brings a decade of industry experience, specialising in prime residential projects.
She joins from Egan Lucocq, where she worked as a quantity surveyor and previously gained expertise in project monitoring at Warhurst Bourne.
Her new role will see her providing detailed project insights and compliance support within one of the UK’s largest project monitoring teams.
Rebecca said: “I’m really excited to explore a new role with a diverse range of clients and projects. Naismiths already has a very well-established team, but it’s great to be part of its continued growth while also developing my own skillset and progressing my career.
“Beyond the typical project monitoring responsibilities, I also can’t wait to get my teeth into other aspects of the business.
“I have previous experience assisting clients with sustainability manifestos for onsite practices, so I look forward to seeing how I can help support green initiatives across the wider Naismiths business.”
Naismiths, which operates across eight UK cities, recently announced a strategic partnership with Edmond Shipway, enhancing its capabilities in real estate consultancy.
Ben Harwood, chief executive of the Cornerstone Group, added: “Coming off the back of a very busy and exciting 2024, it’s great to be kicking off 2025 with even more growth in the South.
“Rebecca brings an invaluable skillset to our business, joining fellow senior surveyor appointee Peter Norris and adding further excellence to our project monitoring services.”
