Paramount Properties expands team with three hires
West Hampstead-based property specialists Paramount Properties have strengthened their team with three new appointments as their sales and lettings divisions continue to grow.
Dan Chandler joins as a property manager, bringing experience from an independent agency where he managed rental portfolios and oversaw compliance and maintenance.
Dan said: “It’s such an exciting time to be joining Paramount right now as the business continues to excel.
“My role is to be the bridge between an owner’s goals and a renter’s ideal home, making sure the property delivers on both sides.
“I hope to bring my strategic thinking and ability to work well with people, all while keeping our clients at the heart of everything we do.”
Hunter Schell steps into the client accounts team, transitioning from a background in supply chain management, procurement and contract management.
Hunter added: “Paramount is such a well-respected local brand and is the perfect place to learn as much as I can about the industry.
“I love property; helping people find a blank canvas that they can transform into a space to build memories will be incredibly rewarding.”
Isabella Bolongaro takes on the welcome desk role, bringing expertise from the recruitment sector as she moves into the property industry.
She added: “I am ready to represent the business as the first face customers see when they walk through the door.
“I hope to bring consistency, steadiness and reliability to the role and I'm excited to get stuck in.”
