Julius Baer grows with Leeds office move
A wealth manager has expanded with an office move.
Julius Baer has taken a ten-year lease at Globe Point, in Leeds.
Bosses say they were attracted to the 2255sq ft space thanks to the “building’s eco-credentials, with Julius Baer seeking an all-electric, low-carbon workspace”.
The firm joins law firms Gowling WLG and Reed Smith at the CEG-led development.
Brand design agency Robot Foods, marketing and data science company Jaywing and Specialist Computer Centres also operate from the seven-storey building.
Grace Lewis, CEG investment manager, said: “Julius Baer shares our sustainability commitments and Globe Point ticks all the right boxes.
“It’s great to welcome the team to this thriving business community.”
Letting agents Fox Lloyd Jones and Knight Frank market the space for CEG.
Harry Finney, of Fox Lloyd Jones, said: “We are delighted to have secured yet another high-profile occupier at Globe Point.
“This milestone reflects the continued appeal of Globe Point as a benchmark for modern, sustainable workspaces."
JLL managed the deal on behalf of Julius Baer.
