Agency eyeing growth after major wins
A marketing agency is looking to create jobs after securing major brand partnerships and industry recognition.
Big Black Door, founded in 2022 by former Weetabix marketing head Gareth Turner, has helped drive success for leading food and drink brands, including Fentimans, Spoon Cereals, Hall & Woodhouse, The Wine Society and Merry Hill.
On track for a 200 per cent turnover increase in its first three years, the Leeds-based agency has also won ‘Fastest Financial Growth’ at the 2025 Business Consultancy Awards, with Gareth saying 2025 promises to be their best year yet, “with turnover expected to reach a record high” and plans to increase the firm's headcount and office space.
Gareth added: “The last two years have been fantastic for us, having won 25 new clients and hired four new team members.
“The fact we have started the year with a national award win is a testament to the hard work of the Big Black Door team, and our commitment to securing the very best results for our clients.”
