Winchburgh Developments appoints finance director
Winchburgh Developments Ltd (WDL) has appointed Alan Coyle as finance director to support its vision of creating Scotland’s fastest-growing town.
Alan brings extensive experience in local government, energy and shipbuilding, with a focus on infrastructure development, business transformation and finance.
He joins the award-winning team behind Winchburgh’s masterplan, which prioritises an “infrastructure-first” approach to community development in West Lothian.
Alan said: “It’s a pleasure to be joining the team at Winchburgh Developments at such an exciting time.
“I’m looking forward to playing my part in delivering the future vision for the town, ensuring new and existing residents benefit from a good quality of living and a strong sense of place here in Winchburgh.”
WDL, named ‘Property Company of the Year’ at the Scottish Property Awards, has already delivered over 1000 homes, with plans to expand to 4000 by 2035.
Recent milestones include a new marina, motorway junction, education campus and improved transport links.
Alan’s appointment reinforces WDL’s commitment to delivering long-term investment and sustainable growth for the region.
