Something More delivers Global Witness rebrand
A design agency has supported a climate campaigning organisation’s rebrand.
Something More worked with Global Witness to refresh its market identity.
Bosses at the Leeds agency say the project has “created a better platform for campaigning”.
Founded in 1993, London-based Global Witness’ work focuses on deforestation, fossil fuels, critical minerals and the role of technology in civic space.
Stephen Woowat, Something More creative partner, said: “The new identity reflects the ongoing work Global Witness does to help expose the issues that matter.
“A key element of the rebrand was respecting the urgency of the climate crisis.
“This gives it impact as a campaigning brand, whether that’s talking at COP, to governments or through social channels.”
Ana Zarraga, Global Witness’ director of external engagement, added: “Our new brand stands us in good stead as we accelerate our ambitions in the face of the worsening climate crisis.
“It’s vital we have the tools that allow us to expose the mechanics of how industries are profiting from climate breakdown, while also platforming our partners around the world whose voices need to be listened to as we work towards climate justice.”
Global Witness has further offices in Washington, Brussels and Sao Paulo.
