Gateley Vinden expands London team

Gateley Vinden has appointed Olga Kondaurova as associate director, strengthening its project management capabilities in London.

With 18 years of experience in the built environment, Olga has held key roles at AECOM and CBRE, managing major residential, commercial and infrastructure projects worldwide. 

Her expertise spans the full construction lifecycle, with notable work on the UCLH proton beam therapy centre and the A303 Stonehenge improvement scheme.

She said: “Not only is Gateley Vinden working on some really exciting projects across London and the South East, but I also felt the consultancy’s values very much matched mine in terms of service provided to clients.

At Gateley Vinden, Olga will lead project management, quantity surveying and contract administration for the Wheat Quarter redevelopment in Welwyn Garden City, a major mixed-use transformation of the former Shredded Wheat site.
