Estate agency 'invests in future' with office deal

An estate agent has strengthened its local presence with an office deal.

Carver Residential has bought a base in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham.

Bosses say the move “reaffirms the company’s long-term commitment to the area”.

The office, on Aycliffe’s Dalton Way, replaces a nearby rented property used by the estate agency for more than two decades.

The site – formerly home to an insurance broker and dentist – was officially opened by Great Aycliffe mayor Councillor John Clark. 

Henry Carver, director of the Carver Group, which includes Carver Residential, said: “We’ve been part of the Newton Aycliffe community for more than 20 years, and when the opportunity came to purchase our own office, we saw it as the perfect way to invest in our future here.

“This move allows us to provide an even better experience for clients while cementing our long-term commitment to the town.”
