Nebula names new head of engineering

Communications platform-as-a-service provider Nebula has appointed Shalini Kaushik as its new head of engineering.

With nearly two decades of experience, Shalini previously served as VP of engineering at Sycurio, led QA at Phoenix Business Solutions, and worked at Accenture. 

Her expertise will strengthen Nebula’s software portfolio, including CallSwitch One and Yay.com.

She said: “Two decades in the software industry have taught me that exceptional technology produces sustained commercial success. 

“Nebula’s passion for delivering technical excellence became immediately clear to me, and guiding such a highly innovative product roadmap forward is an exciting prospect.

“Ambitious software companies thrive on ambitious engineering roadmaps and 2025 is no exception at Nebula. 

“It’s been going to be a big year for us, our partners and our customers.” 

Nebula, based in Guildford, Surrey, continues to invest in its technology, recently launching CallSwitch One’s Analytics suite alongside 30 new features and 100 software updates in 2024.
