Optime Group soars up HOT 100 list

An aviation recruitment firm has made impressive strides, securing a spot on the Recruiter HOT 100 for the second consecutive year. 

Optime Group, headquartered in Crawley, climbed from number 72 to number 55, marking its impressive growth and innovation in the aviation recruitment sector.

The company, known for its technological advancements such as the Elevate platform, continues to set new industry standards. 

Elevate improves workforce management across major airports such as Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester, offering clients streamlined staffing solutions. 

Optime, which back in January announced a new national five-a-side football tournament to unite the UK aviation sector, has recently expanded internationally with the opening of a Dubai office.
