Social expands Manchester team
Communications agency Social has strengthened its Manchester office with three new hires, enhancing its consultation and engagement offering.
Mike Burgess joins as consultation and engagement account manager, following roles at National Highways and Stockport Homes.
Designer Yaéms Collins brings experience in the built environment, while account executive Sairah Butt secures a full-time role after a placement with the Taylor Bennett Foundation.
The appointments follow a period of growth for the agency, which has recently secured contracts with Housing 21, Taylor Wimpey and Rider Levett Bucknall.
Becki Ord, director at social and head of the Manchester office, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Mike, Yaéms and Sairah to the Manchester team, and all three have hit the ground running, delivering impressive client work.
“Bringing in new talent to boost our strong existing team is testament to the successes we have enjoyed in the past year and our vision for the future.
“I am particularly proud to be growing our consultation offer, which builds upon the PR, media relations and storytelling foundations of the Manchester team and wider Social business.
“We are set for an exciting 2025 with this new-look team in place.”
