Eddisons bolsters valuations team with senior hires
Eddisons has expanded its valuations team with the appointment of Tim Richardson as director in the Midlands and Tom Tawn as director in the North West.
Tim, a chartered surveyor with over 20 years’ experience, will lead on commercial valuations for secured lending, company accounts and tax matters.
Tom, previously with Lambert Smith Hampton, returns to the UK after a senior valuer role in Australia.
The appointments support Eddisons’ continued growth as one of the UK’s most active commercial property consultancies.
