Approval for Brentford office residential revamp
A property investor and asset manager has secured approval to transform office space into a residential development.
Resolution Property has been backed to convert Brentford’s Vantage building into a 178-unit scheme.
Based on the town’s Golden Mile, on Great West Road, bosses say the revamp of the 12-storey base will help address “London’s growing need for housing”.
Stuart Lang, Resolution Property head of asset management, said: “Brentford has long been a vibrant hub for both business and residential communities, with the Golden Mile playing a pivotal role in its historical and economic evolution.
“Securing planning permission to transform Vantage into high-quality residential accommodation is a significant step forward.
“This project allows us to maximise the potential of an existing site while contributing to the long-term vibrancy of Brentford and the wider Great West Corridor.”
Resolution Property was supported by PBC, Spratley & Partners and DP9 in securing planning permission.
