Quintain expands portfolio with Luna development
A residential development in Wembley Park has added hundreds of new homes.
Property investment and development firm Quintain has delivered Luna, a 282-home build-to-rent scheme overlooking the newly extended seven-acre Union Park, taking its Wembley Park portfolio to more than 3900 homes.
Managed by Quintain Living, the company’s operating platform, the development features market rent, discount market rent and premium apartments.
Built by John Sisk & Son, Luna includes an 8148sq ft landscaped podium garden, a gym and a 2723sq ft resident lounge, as well as a hidden, hireable “secret” room – known as the ‘Black Hole’ – where residents can use the kitchen, marble dining table and seating.
A sister building, Solar, is set to follow later in the year, adding another 383 homes to the site.
James Saunders, Quintain chief executive, said: “Luna realises our commitment to delivering hundreds of high-quality, new homes to rent for London and demonstrates the continued momentum at Wembley Park.
“We look forward to welcoming the first new residents to Luna.”
